D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har vi arbetet f\u00f6r ett undantag i hyreslagstiftningen f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsbost\u00e4der som tr\u00e4der ikraft 2026-07-01.<\/p>\n<p>Att kunna attrahera nyckelmedarbetare till specifika orter och uppdrag \u00e4r helt centralt f\u00f6r svenska f\u00f6retags konkurrenskraft. Allt f\u00f6r ofta misslyckas detta p\u00e5 grund av sv\u00e5righeter att ordna en bostad till den som ska rekryteras. Sverige har j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med andra l\u00e4nder, s\u00e5som till exempel Finland, en mycket reglerad hyresbostadsmarknad. Det leder till dysfunktionell hyresmarknad och k\u00f6er som i sin tur skapar rekryteringsproblem f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag. Behoven av utl\u00e4ndsk arbetskraft kommer d\u00e4rmed att \u00f6ka. Domen fr\u00e5n HD skapade ett betydande samh\u00e4llsproblem i och med att det blir sv\u00e5rare f\u00f6r utl\u00e4ndsk arbetskraft att bos\u00e4tta sig i Sverige, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r svensk arbetskraft att flytta inom Sverige f\u00f6r tidsbegr\u00e4nsade uppdrag.<\/p>\n<p>Den os\u00e4kerhet som domen medf\u00f6rde beh\u00f6vde d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e5tg\u00e4rdas.
